A dental implant is made up of three parts: titanium post, an abutment, and crown. The titanium post is placed in the jawbone Here it will serve as the artificial root replacement. Once the bone heals and fuses to the implant the implant is ready to restore. The abutment is screwed into implant and serves as the foundation to the new beautiful porcelain crown.
