Pasadena Texas Dental Payment Options:
Our office works to eliminate financial concerns so patients can obtain excellent dental care. If you have dental insurance our office will work with you to help you make the best use of your dental benefits. Lisa, Blanca, or Myra will get your insurance information from you and may ask you to confirm this information at future visits in order to remain current on your dental insurance coverage. As a courtesy to our patients, our office will file all claim forms electronically, track claims and pay for the postage on special claims that must be mailed in.
Our dental office attempts to correctly estimate your insurance benefits and your remaining cost prior to your treatment. Insurance companies will not give precise figures until an insurance claim has been processed. Therefore, the estimate from your insurance company is an estimate only. You will be responsible for any portion the insurance does not cover. Please note that your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We are NOT a party to that contract. Our relationship is with you and not your insurance company.
When services are provided, you will be asked to pay the amount that we estimate your insurance will not cover. Lisa or Myra will file your insurance claim and the insurance pays directly to our office. If your insurance pays/reimburses you directly then at the time of service we will ask you to pay for services received. Also, any amount not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility.
Balances remaining after 60 days will incur a 1.5% finance charge. Balances that are 90 days past due will be sent to collections. If you foresee needing a payment plan ask us about our financing options!
No Insurance? No Problem!
We accept cash, money orders, checks, debit and most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Furthermore, we offer financing through Care Credit because we understand that monthly payments can help patients budget their dental needs.
Highlights of the Care Credit:
- Can be used for the entire family
- No down payments or annual fees
- Low monthly payments
- Separate line of credit for health care expenses
- Available 12 month no interest payment plan
Please remember: our patients with the lowest dental expenses over time are the ones who complete comprehensive treatment and follow up with good home care and on-time checkups. If something has been getting in the way of your completing comprehensive dental care, please talk to us.
